Grilled Dill Steak 2 tsp. dried basil 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 1 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 4 12oz. strip steaks, 1 inch thick cooking spray Preheat the grill to a medium/high heat. Use a small bowl to combine the basil, parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Spray a coating of oil on both sides of the steaks. Then coat the steaks completely with the seasonings. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on each side for medium, or to desired doneness.
