chili sauce flour celery cut in 3 inch lengths carrots scraped and quartered small onions peeled baking potatoes, pared and quartered 1 inch cubes of beef sirloin tip Ac cent, salt , and pepper
Use heavy duty foil. For each serving combine 2 tablespoons of chili sauce, and 2 teaspoons of flour; spread in center of large square of foil. On the sauce arrange several pieces of celery, one scraped and quartered carrot, 3 peeled small onions, and 2 pieces pared and quartered potatoes. Top with about 1/3 pound beef sirloin cubes;sprinkle about 1/3 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon AcCent. Fold the foil into a secure package, and fasten ends underneath securely. Cook over glowing coals until all is tender, about one hour.
