2 tbsp. margarine 1 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, chopped 1 c. plus preserves 1/2 c. red wine 1/3 c. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Melt margarine. Add onion and garlic. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. While ribs are cooking on the grill brush on the sauce.
