2 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard 4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. dried tarragon 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Spread mustard on both sides of chicken. Cover and marinate 4-6 hours or overnight. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat through 2-3 minutes on stove top or 45 seconds at 80 percent in microwave. Place chicken on grill over medium coals, baste with sauce every 5 minutes and turn. Takes about 20 minutes.
