I found this recipe a couple months ago on another message board. It is very good. I use olive oil for the oil and sometimes change the vinegar to seasoned rice vinegar for a different flavor.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbs. dry mustard 1 Tbs. pepper 1/3 Cup red wine vinegar 1-1/2 Tbls. dried parsley 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions: Stir together. Marinade chicken, beef or pork overnight. BBQ, bake or broil
