1 1/2 lbs. beef tips 1 can tomato puree 1 can barbecue sauce or homemade sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 2/3 c. catsup 1/3 c. water Salt & onion flakes to taste
Brown meat lightly, add puree and barbecue sauce and cook until tender and juice is cooked down to very thick.
