1 can (46 oz.) pork and beans 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. black pepper 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. syrup 1 c. barbecue drippings (1 c. barbecue sauce plus 3 tbsp. oil)
Mix all together and simmer for a long time (overnight).
