1 med. onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 c. catsup 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt 4-6 drops red pepper sauce
Combine onion, garlic and oil in 2 quart casserole. Microwave at high (100%) until onion is tender, 2 1/2-4 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at high (100%) until hot, 2-3 minutes. Reduce power to medium-high (70%). Microwave until flavors blend, 5 minutes. Serve over meat. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
