1/2 tsp. garlic powder salt and pepper to taste 1 lg. head cabbage
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate Cut cabbage into 8 wedges and remove the core. Place all the wedges on a piece of foil big enough to wrap the cabbageup in. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 30 -40 minutes, or until tender. Serves 8
