Mesquite & Garlic Grilled Steak 1 (1-1/2) pound sirloin steak, 1-inch thick, you may substitute rib-eye or T-bone steak 1 bottle (12 ounces) Lawry’s® Mesquite Marinade with Lime Juice 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry’s® Seasoned Pepper 1 teaspoon Lawry’s® Garlic Powder with Parsley 1. Pierce steak and place in large resealable plastic bag. 2. In medium bowl, mix together Mesquite Marinade, Seasoned Pepper, and Garlic Powder with Parsley; reserve 1/3 cup marinade mixture. Pour remaining marinade mixture into bag with steak; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once. 3. Remove steak from bag, discarding used marinade. Grill, brushing often with reserved marinade mixture, until desired degree of doneness. Serves: 4
