Grilled Buffalo Hot wings on: Oct 17th, 2002, 09:19am Started by Chris | Post by Chris Chris's Grilled Buffalo Hot Wings 1 pkg. wingettes 1/3 c. butter 1/4 c. pepper sauce dash or two of garlic powder 2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce 1 to 2 small shakes of salt Melt butter in a small saucepan and add pepper sauce and spices. Mix well. In a zip-lok, combine wingettes with the sauce mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Bake wingettes on foil-lined baking sheet for 1 hour at 425 degrees, or until fully cooked and crispy. If you wish, you may grill wingettes coated with sauce mixture on BBQ grill at medium high heat with the lid closed for 30 to 35 minutes, or until no pink remains and the juices run clearly - turning occasionally. Another way would be to deep-fry winettes (with the sauce on) in hot oil - 400 degrees - for 12 minutes and drain.
