GRILLED POUND CAKE An easy dessert to make on the grill.
1 (10 to 12-ounce) loaf frozen pound cake, thawed, cut into ¾-inch slices 9 teaspoons Land 'O Lakes Honey Butter
Toppings Ingredients: Fresh blueberries and/or strawberries, if desired Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Spread ½ teaspoon butter on each side of 1 pound cake slice. Place slices on grill. Cover; grill for 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until desired crispness. Serve immediately topped with blueberries, strawberries or whipped cream, if desired.
