Yellow Tomato Preserves
8 cups yellow tomatoes, peeled and cut up 4 cups crushed pineapple 6 cups sugar 2 lemons, sliced thin ¼ teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients and cook until thick. This will take about 45 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
