Lemon Shrimp Ravioli Toss
3 cups refrigerated cheese ravioli 4 TBS butter, melted 2 TBS lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp snipped fresh basil 1 tsp grated lemon peel 3 cups cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain. In a microwave-safe 2 qt dish, combine the butter, lemon juice, basil and lemon peel. Add the shrimp and ravioli; toss to coat. Cover and microwave on high for 2 to 4 minutes, or until heated through. Serves 2.
