Mushroom Strip Steaks
2 boneless New York Strip steaks (about 1/2 lb) 1 to 2 TBS vegetable oil 1 can (10-1/2 oz) condensed French Onion soup, undiluted 1 jar, 6 oz, sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook steaks in oil for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Drain. Top each steak with soup, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. cover and cook for 2 to 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Makes 2 servings.
