;D Cooking for 2 ( Chicken ) 4 pieces chicken 1/4 c. flour 3/4 t. salt dash of pepper dash of garlic salt Mix flour and seasonings together; coat the chicken and brown in oil. Drain excess fat. Pour on sauce and simmer until tender (1 hour or more). Sauce: 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/2 c. diced celery 1/4 t. sugar 2 bay leaves Combine everything and pour over chicken. Remove bay leaves before serving. Jay
