DUMP IT AND RUN CHICKEN Serves: 2 Also, to reduce fat, use reduced fat cream of mushroom soup INGREDIENTS: 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breast 1 small pkg. of fresh baby carrots 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1 can (13. 25 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained cooked rice INSTRUCTIONS: Layer ingredients in order listed into a crock-pot. Season the chicken to your taste and salt & pepper the carrots. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for 3 hours. Or cook on low for about 8 hours. Serve over rice. Jay

Jay, this sounds like a great recipe. My crockpot is 6 qts. Will it be too big?

Hi and welcome to the board.The 6qt is a little big for this recipe,but it should be okay.What I would do is spray the pot with a cooking spray ( like Pam ) They say the pot should be about half full for best result's. Let me know how it turn's out.Again welcome to the board. Jay
