I just bought a new slow cooker (6 qt) and I made a beef roast with 1 cup water (no veggies) in it and cooked for 10 hrs on low and it burnt. What could I have done wrong? This has never happened before. Is it because I have a bigger cooker now? Am I gonna have to start cooking huge meals in it? If there is any other solution I would love to hear it because I usually only cook enough for 2 days for my husband and I. I don't have a deep freezer for extra cooked food. Thanks alot!
