Prep: 10 min, Cook: 5 min, plus chilling time.
* 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbs. whipping cream
* 1/4 lb. white chocolate, finely chopped
* 1 Tbs. light cream or half-and-half
* 2 cups strawberry ice cream
* 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
* 2 cups blueberries, thawed if frozen and picked over
Bring cream to a simmer in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until melted and sauce is smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in half and half. Chill. Serve ice cream topped with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with white chocolate sauce.
