Triple Berry Parfait
Description: This is one of my daughters favorites. When we don't have the berries on hand she will make it without them. It still taste good that way!!
Ingredients: 2 cups vanilla nonfat yogurt 1/4 teas cinnamon 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1 cup low fat granola (without raisins)
Directions: Combine yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Combine all of the berries in a bowl.
For each Parfait, layer, 1/4 cup fruit mixture, 2 Tab. granola and then 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in parfait glasses. Repeat layers.
