Hi everyone. Just tried this amazingly simple recipe for my kids. They love them and so do my husband and I. Thought I might pass it along for everyone to enjoy.

Cold Cookies

2 packages fudge covered graham cracker cookies
1 small tub Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup miniature chocolate chips

Mix marshmallows and chocolate chips into Cool Whip and spread between two cookies. Freeze. Enjoy.

These are terrific and so simple.

I cannot find the date the recipe appeared for the Cold Cookies, but I needed a quick something to fix for Vacation Bible School.
I tried these and they are fast, easy and delicious.

Guess what! I found an improvement.
I added approximately 1/3 cup - 1/2 cup peanut butter.

Fantastic. Thank you to whomever sent in that recipe.
