PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 25 MINUTES Calories 261 Fat 10 g Cholesterol 32 mg Sodium 140 mg Carbohydrates 32 g Protein 11 g Fiber 3 g INGREDIENTS: 1 small onion, minced; 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter; 2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash ® Original Seasoning; 2 cups cooked rice; ½ cup cheddar cheese, grated; 1 cup low fat sour cream; 2 cups cooked broccoli
INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350* F. Melt butter in skillet and add onion, saute until tender. Spray 2 quart casserole with vegetable spray. Combine onion, Mrs Dash Original seasoning, rice, cheese, sour cream, broccoli. Place in prepared casserole and bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve hot. Potassium per serving: 418mg If you have left over carrots or peas, add them to the casserole. SERVES:4
