Ingredients: 1/2 cup tomato juice 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup chicken broth 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Combine all ingredients except chicken in a pan or bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce to coat. Place in the crockpot. Pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Makes 6 servings. Serve with rice or noodles.
