Organic Mexican supper
You will need:
1Lb premium ground beef (from Pure Organics) 1 onion, finely chopped 1 Teaspoon of mild chilli powder 1 Teaspoon of ground cumin 14oz of chopped organic tomatoes (any organic retailer) 1 Tablespoon of Organic Tomato Puree (try The Better Food Company) 7oz of organic red kidney beans (try The Better Food Company) 6oz (175g) of organic sweetcorn Tortilla Corn Chips to serve (try The Better Food Company)
Place the beef, onion and spices in to a large deep frying pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the meat is brown and the onion is soft, stirring all the time.
Add the tomatoes and tomato puree, stir well then cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in the red kidney beans and sweetcorn. Season to taste.
Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Serve with Tortilla Corn Chips.
