Makes 4 servings
4 pounds beef round steak cut into serving sizes 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can golden mushroom soup beefy 1/2 cup evaporated milk undiluted 1 cup mushrooms fresh
Brown meat and place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cook on LOW heat 8 to 10 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
