Makes 6 servings
1 1/2 pounds beef round steak, chopped 2 tablespoons flour salt black pepper 1 onion sliced 1 carrot (chopped) 1 celery stalk, chopped 15 ounces tomato sauce
Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
