Peanut Butter Pudding (age unknown)
1/4 c. cornstarch pinch salt 1 Tbl. sugar 1/2 c. cold water 3 Tbl. honey 1/4 c. peanut butter 3 c. milk
In a mixing bowl combine cornstarch, salt, sugar and water. Stir until dissolved. In another bowl combine honey and peanut butter. Scald the milk in a double boiler, then add cornstarch mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Cook over hot water for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and clear. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Allow to cool slightly, then turn into individual decorative gelatin molds and chill.
