1 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 2 can (8oz each) tomato sauce 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes 1 pkg (8oz) lasagna noodles 12 oz cottage cheese 8 oz sour cream 3 oz cream cheese, softened 4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Combine beef, onion, and green pepper in a large skillet; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off drippings. Add next 5 ingredients; simmer uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese; mix well. Spread about 1/2 cup of meat sauce in a greased 13-x9-x2-inch baking dish. Layer half each of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce, and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
