Easy Southwestern Stroganoff
1-pound ground beef
1-cup water
1-jar (16 ounces) thick and chunky salsa
2-cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta (4 ounces)
1/2-tsp salt
1/2-cup sour cream
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in water, salsa, pasta and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot. 4 servings.
