Ingredients: 1 pk (8 ounce) thin pasta (angel -hair) 1/4 c soy sauce 1/4 c creamy peanut butter 2 1/2 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil 3 tbsp sesame oil 1 sm clove garlic, minced 1 tsp dried crushed red pepper 1/4 tsp chili oil
Instructions:
Cook pasta until done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep warm.
Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced or shredded carrot or some finely chopped green onion and some coarsely chopped peanuts.
