1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup onion,chopped
2 cloves garlic,minced
2 cans(8 oz each) tomato sauce
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 can(4 oz)sliced mushrooms,drained
3 cups tomato juice
6 ounces dry spagetti, broken into 4" to 5" inch pieces
Brown the ground chuck into a skillet,drain the grease off and put into crock pot. Add all the remaining ingredients, except the dry spagetti. Stir well, cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 5 hours. Turn to hight last hour and stir in the dry spagetti.
