Egg Salad/Cheese Spread
2 cups shredded process cheese 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish 1 tsp prepared mustard salt and pepper to taste
Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Use as a sandwich filler. Makes about 3 cups
