1½ cups pancake flour (Bisquick) ½ cup cornmeal 2 tbsps. sugar milk to make 1¼ cups batter
Dip dried off hot dogs in batter and deep fat fry in 355° oil for 30 seconds.
Drain on paper towels and refry 2-3 minutes.
