ISO: Beef Stuffed Yorkshire Puddings

Can someone help me?!
I tried these beef stuffed yorkshire puddings and want to make them for a pot luck dinner.
I can not find a recipe anywhere.
They were stuffed with beef shavings and a horseradish mayo.
If anyone has a recipe and wants to share it, please send it my way!!! ;D

Here is a link to a recipe for beef stuffed yorkshire puddings I think may be similar to what you are looking for. Although the dressing is different, you can probably create a horseradish mayo dressing you like.
