???Dear all, Anybody pls suggest me why all my muffins dropped in the middle after cooling? They all came up in the oven! Thank you. Vivian

One reason could be that you open the oven door too much or too soon after the start of baking to peek. Another reason could be overbaking. Any other seasoned bakers out there have any ideas? Shortcake? Carnation? Jay? Marilynn?
