Need recipe for Turkey pot pie for ~100 people

Our church was the host for an organization that took meals to the needy. There was A LOT of leftover turkey and green beans, all of which we froze.

My group at church would like to fix a Turkey pot pie out of the leftovers for our Wednesday evening meal. There are usually about 100 attendees.

Any LARGE quantity recipes for pot pie out there? they seem to be few and far between. Lots of sites where you can BUY a book that has 'em, but few on-line....
