I can't find my nesco book to see at what temps to cook things at. I'm cooking my cornbread casserole, but I started it at too high a degree, I figured ut would run like an oven, now the sides are too done, so I turned it down. But would like info and help with figuring out how to cook with it for large crowds. I'm new here and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...Terri
