Howdy, folks. On a recent vacation to Mexico, there was in the buffet a rich, white, sweet and creamy sauce that I would love to make. It was served in the dessert bar, near the fruit. Does anyone know what this sauce might be called, or even have a recipe for it?

Could you please tell me what city/resort or hotel you were at so I can look deeper, there seems to be alot of sauces in the Mexican menu. One is made out of Sweet Condenced Milk but it is used on toast and waffles mostly. I can post that one soon.Lynn

Hello and welcome Quirt!
Could this sauce be Alfredo sauce? or a Mexican version of the same? There is also a white queso sauce. I agree with Lynn, please let us know which part of the dinner or what you had with this sauce? We could help you much better that way.
