2 cups nonfat dry milk powder 2 cups cornstarch 1 cup granulated sugar replacement
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until well blended and powdered. Yield: 4 cups or the equivalent of 1 pound of powdered sugar. Serving size: 1/4 cup Food Exchanges: 1 bread Nutritional information per serving: 81 calories.

What is the sugar replacement? Is that like a substitute like splenda or something?

it is used as confectioners sugar(10x) You could use it as a sugar substitute. But I use it as 10x sugar if I don't have any around the house.Used as a back up in an emergency.
