Blackening Spice Mix
1 tsp. ground basil
1 tsp. ground thyme
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt (sea salt is better)
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
Mix all ingredients together. Place in an empty used spice bottle or jar for storage.
