Here's a quick and easy supper with an Italian flavour.
1 lb. minced beef 1 onion & red pepper chopped 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Tomato Soup 1 tsp dried mixed herbs 7 fluid oz. of milk 1 1/4 lb. potatoes peeled 2 oz. butter 5 oz. Cheddar, grated
Stir fry beef, onion and pepper for 10 min. Stir in soup, herbs and milk and simmer for 15 min. Stir occasionally. Meanwhile boil potatoes. Drain and mash with butter and cheese. Spoon beef mixture into warmed small casserole dish and top with potatoes. Grill until golden.
