1 egg 1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning 1 T onion flakes 2 T melted butter 2 1/2 cups grated peeled zucchini 1 cup plain breadcrumbs 1/2 cup flour oil for frying
Combine egg, seasoning, onion flakes, butter, and zucchini. Stir in breadcrumbs.
Shape into cakes and roll in flour.
Fry in oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with thingytail sauce or tartar sauce if you like.
(and no, there isn't any real crab in this recipe. it tastes just like crab cakes with no crab needed.)
