MEATLOAF
2 pounds ground beef 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 egg ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons Worcheshire Sauce (or Soy or Teriyaki, which ever you have) Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce:
1 cup Ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcheshire sauce (or Soy or Teriyaki)
Mix all ingredients for Meatloaf together, put in pan. Spread ½ of sauce on top, bake on 350º for 1 hour. After 1 hour drain fat of meatloaf if needed. Spread remaining sauce on top cook for an addition 10 or 15 minutes.
