Meatball Green Bean Stroganoff
1 T. oil 2 c. fresh green beans, broken into 2" pieces or 2 c. frozen 1/3 c. red bell pepper strips, 1" long 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 garlic clove, minced, or 1/2 t. chopped garlic in oil 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cr. of chicken soup 1/4 c. water 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 12 frozen Make Ahead Meatballs 1 c. dairy sour cream hot cooked noodles or mashed potatoes
Heat oil in lg. skillet over med. heat. Add green beans, bell pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until onion is crisp tender. Stir in soup, water, Worcestershire sauce and frozen meatballs; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 min. or until meatballs are thoroughly heated and green beans are tender, stirring and turning meatballs occasionally. Stir in sour cream; heat over low heat until warm, stirring occasionally. To serve; spoon stroganoff mixture over noodles or hot mashed potatoes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
