3 lb pork medallions, each about 1/3 inch thick 2 can cream of asparagus soup (10 3/4 oz)
In a large skillet saute pork until browned on both sides. Add soup, coating the meat well. Cover skillet and reduce heat. Let simmer over very low heat for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
Nutritional information: 273 calories, 11 g fat, 36 g protein, 5 g carbohydrates, 115 mg cholesterol, 528 mg sodium, 1 g fiber.
