So easy and your house smells so good! Maybe not for a first date!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil 16 small new potatoes 2 heads garlic, cloves separated but not peeled Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Procedure:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and brown the potatoes on all sides. Transfer the oil and potatoes to a casserole dish and add the garlic cloves.
Stir to coat the cloves with oil. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes and garlic are tender.
Remove from the oven and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Just squeeze the garlic out of their skins onto your potatoes.
