Great on a steak or as a side dish.
Ingredients:
1 pound of sliced Portobello mushrooms 4-tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 6 cloves of garlic, sliced thinly 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped Sea Salt and freshly ground pepper
Procedure:
Sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until browned on one side, turn and add the garlic and salt and pepper.
Sauté for another 2 minutes, add the parsley and cover the pan.
Turn off the heat and serve within minutes.
