Gulliver's Creamed Corn
2 c. whipping cream 2 c. whole milk 2 tsp. salt 12 tsp. sugar 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 1 16oz. pkg. frozen corn, or cans of white corn, drained - equivalent to the frozen
Mix all of the ingredients, stirring the flour into the mixture well, before you begin to heat. Heat, stirring gently. Bring to a very gentle simmer. Simmer, and stir til thickened. You may use more flour,to make the creamy sauce thicker. Makes 8 servings.
