2 c cooked navy/great northern beans drained 1 med sliced onion 2 clv garlic, minced 2 T olive oil salt and pepper to taste Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add the beans, salt and pepper. Serve as an antipasto or salad. Makes 4 servings.
