2 pkg frozen chopped spinach 1/2 pt sour cream 1 env onion soup mix
Cook spinach and drain well, pressing all possible water from spinach. Add sour cream and soup mix. Spoon into buttered casserole and heat at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This casserole may be made ahead, or frozen, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
Nutritional information: 79 calories, 6 g fat, 3 g protein, 6 g carbohydrates, 11 mg cholesterol, 491 mg sodium, 2 g fiber.
